Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Microsoft solutions focusing on Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV, CRM,
- Microsoft 365 business solutions, and other business management and IT solutions such as HRM and Property Management and related services
- Plan, formulate, execute and manage sales strategies
- Develop targeted markets and generate business leads/opportunities for the solutions
- Manage and perform full sales cycle (prospect calling, lead generation and qualification, quotation and proposal preparation, solution demonstration and presentation, closing etc)
- Develop and manage relationship with customers, prospects, business partners and associates
Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or other related disciplines
- Strong network in IT fields and good relationship with customers in the different markets/industries
- Excellent communication, presentation, consultative selling skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Independent, aggressive, initiative, mature, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience with proven records in promoting and selling Business Management solutions (ERP / CRM / HRM)
- Good knowledge and solid experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV is a definite advantage
- Good knowledge and experience in other ERP solutions is also welcome
- Candidates with less experience or management skill may be considered as Account Executive
